Rebekah Hain has practiced child welfare law in Essex County for over 30 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Plan II Liberal Arts in University of Texas in Austin and her law degree also from University of Texas in Austin. She has seen One Can Help funds make the difference for many of her clients and wants to ensure One Can Help assistance continues to be available to assist families in the future.
